"This is the perfect hotel for couples traveling with a toddler! The breakfast is copious and they will make you anything that isnā€™t on the buffet; the room had a second bed, perfect for a kid; the backyard area had a play area; and it was located a short walk from the town center. The staff was all kind and considerate and very friendly with our toddler! Would highly recommend! "

"We didn't expect the quality that we received when we booked at the Monte Rosa! We were so pleased- we love to stay in historic places & often they can be less than updated. We had asked for a room with a view of the Matterhorn, not realizing that we booked a suite. And it was worth every penny. Did plenty of hiking all day in the mountains & came back to a very comfortable room with plenty of amenities ( 2 full bathrooms, living area, view of Matterhorn, robes, food & drink treats, and absolutely exceptional staff attention. The restaurant was great, we loved sitting outside. We were there during the heat & kept the windows all open at night to cool things down (no AC in Zermatt). Breakfast was also just spectacular. We'd definitely come again."
