Location of being besides Lucky China Town Mall and divisoria area where we can buy different merchandizes at a lower cost and wholesale price. The staff are nice and has very good customer service.

As a customer, I must say that Hotel luckychinatown hotel really impressed me. The genuine care and attention they showed to my parents during there stay were remarkable. Chinatown Experience

The hotel is good for the price. Room not spacious. Bathroom lacks more amenities. No hand towels, no wash cloth, and shower room feels unsafe especially for the elderly or seniors. No hand bars to hang on prevent slipping . But the hotel is just at the side of a large and beautiful mall. Very close Divisoria for shopping. Enjoyed our stay šŸ˜ƒšŸ˜ƒ

Minus the convenience of the location, the hotel itself was very disappointing. Stained rugs in the lobby and in the room, stained side bench in the room, no towels , broken desk lamp. I donā€™t think itā€™s fair for me to blame it on the staff but I have a feeling it is just poor management. Comfortable with the fact that their location offers the best in the area and so thereā€™s not much effort in being able to provide a cleaner , more pleasurable hotel stay. I have always stayed in hotels during my travels and this one definitely did not meet my expectations even when comparing it to the other hotels of the same type category.

Strange entrance being joined to the mall, but a cool location! It's a nice safe place to visit Binondo and close to all the shopping areas. The room was quite big and had everything. The room layout felt like a big suite

I liked that it is connected to a very nice Mall where you can have good places to eat, good stores to shop and even a grocery. If you like Chinatown, then here's the hotel for your perfect convenience. Though it is not a 5-star, it suffices for good eats, good shopping, and a decent place to stay. I love the free parking as it is quite difficult to find parking in this location.

Great location and amenities at a competetive price. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Price of food at the cafe was comparable if not cheaper than the ones nearby. I used this hotel to voluntarily self isolate. Nearby shopping malls are popular with the locals. Lots of choices for dining also in the area.
