They did their best, and provided excellent service, for instance because they were doing construction I didn’t have any hot water in our room, so I told them and they changed our room to a newly renovated one that was really nice of them. So to me that goes a long way towards me returning to them again with my family.great job guys!!!

Very nice property. But we stayed in the opal and it was extremely far from the main entrance considering we had luggage. There was no microwave for us to warm up any leftover food that we came back from dining out. We stayed in a queen double room. Bathroom was small (shower area). But overall it was nice. We went to the Kassi restaurant and it was R&b night. It was nuce

Room was nice except for the view which was trash. When the agent asked if I wanted to upgrade my room I had no clue the view was going to be nothing but the backside of the hotel.
