โEverything was wonderful. It is a beautiful place with scenic surroundings.Only suggestion is if you want to book go on their hotel website as they said expedia does hide few things about them and if you are making reservation through expedia then you are only hotel guest not resort guest ( means not all the activities are included and you have to pay for them seperately).โ
โThe view of the lake Lucerne was spectacular with variable feelings over the day. At night, Orion constellation with so many other stars fetched beautifully right outside the window. Lucerne lake cruise boating dock is right in front of the hotel and the cruise ship also provided excellent experience of the lake. โ
โMain hotel is a good one, but rooms with 2XX number are in another building. There is no elevator and there is no shower booth or even toilet in the room. You have to share 2 toilet and 1 shower room with all other 5~6 rooms.

โFantastic venue and staff. Food was incredible and all were very welcoming. Support with transport, entertainment and landmarks from Silvana, Michael, Benet and Sala. All a credit to Alex Lake and made the visit thoroughly worth it and enjoyable.โ

"Hotels near by were too pricey but this ibis hotel was perfect for me.. it only took 7-10min away from the main station. Hotel has the brita water machine in the lobby, we enjoyed hot water, still water even sparkling water. Room was small nice and clean. We had a good breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended this place. "
