Very poor customer service.

Went down for breakfast at 10:19 a.m and asked to have breakfast. Breakfast closes at 10:30. The lady said breakfast was finished and I said at 10:30. The manager MulakI said we didn't pay for breakfast. I explained because of our trains we arrived after 10 p.m. the night before and the gentleman had to give us the code to the building and our room over the phone. We were never offered to pay for breakfast the night before and also not offered to pay for breakfast in the morning. Every bread basket was full the entire food bar was full. Very very disappointed after spending €250 for one night. Would not recommend the B&B to anyone.

Mein Aufenthalt im B&B Hotel Mannheim war einfach großartig! Schon beim Einchecken wurde ich von den freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern herzlich begrüßt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das gesamte Team, das stets hilfsbereit war und wirklich dafür gesorgt hat, dass ich mich wie zu Hause fühle. Die Zimmer sind sauber, modern und sehr gemütlich – genau das, was man nach einem langen Tag braucht. Aber was meinen Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht hat, war das Engagement der Mitarbeiter. Sie waren jederzeit verfügbar, haben auf meine Fragen geduldig und kompetent geantwortet und auch noch tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls hervorragend – eine gute Auswahl an frischen Produkten und ein angenehmes Ambiente. Auch hier hat das freundliche Personal für eine entspannte Atmosphäre gesorgt. Alles in allem kann ich das B&B Hotel Mannheim nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wer einen komfortablen Aufenthalt mit exzellentem Service sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team – ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Klimaanlage muss man reinigen, kommt schlechte Duft raus. Nähe ist Schnellstrasse, läuft ganze Nacht Verkehr, stört zu schlafen, wenn Fenster offen. Aber mit Maskitnetz im Fenster wurden wir uns gut uberrascht.

Gutes Hotel für kurze Aufenthalte

Im Rahmen des Maifeld Derby Festivals besucht und erneut für gut befunden. Das Hotel ist einfach aber komfortabel, die Lage für unseren Zweck ideal. Beim Frühstück ließe sich für 8,50€ noch etwas verbessern. Dafür ist es nachts ruhig (gute Schallisolation) und die Betten sind bequem.

Alles in Ordnung

Einfaches aber sauberes und ausreichend komfortables Hotel. Ideal für einen Besuch des nahegelegenen Maimarktgeländes. Wir nutzen die Unterbringung alljährlich zum Maifeld Derby und waren jeweils sehr zufrieden.
