Our French is barely passable so their excellent English helped us a lot.
Room was very clean and comfortable and a very good fresh continental breakfast topped it off before we left for our holiday โ
โVery nice property. The rooms are a bit small and lack AC, but this is compensated by the exceptionally friendly staff, the nice common areas, easy parking and nice breakfast buffet! Would happily stay again!โ

โGreat stay and went and above and beyond to help us (asked for milk for kids at bed time and they came and gave it to us for free). Really nice room, great breakfast. Could walk to local restaurants easily and beautiful town.โ

โAccueil trรจs agrรฉable, chambre correspondant ร la description, comme d'habitude dans les Premiรจres Classes. Le seul petit reproche, c'est l'odeur de nourriture provenant de certaines chambres oรน des personnes semblent les occuper ร l'annรฉe. โ
โPas grand chose ร redire sur cet รฉtablissement. Seul point un peu nรฉgatif, son environnement.
Sinon les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie est bonne. Le personnel est souriant et disponible.
Concernant les repas, le pdj a un trรจs bon rapport qualitรฉ/prix et le restaurant est excellent avec des produits frais et fait maison.

โPamela is kind and welcoming! Bashir, the head housekeeper keeps modern room clean and stocked with amenities. Itโs a small detail, but having a napkin for coffee service is outstanding! Perfect location, walked to all Churches and historic monuments. Rouen is fantastic and I highly recommend โ
โGreat hotel, staff very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and perfectly adequate for stopover.
Table football, electric darts and games/chill out area with bean bags and books is great for kids.
Breakfast was very good but a bit expensive.
Would definitely stay again and definitely redommend.
