Staff were great, the room was lovely. We dropped our car and luggage off early returned later in the day. Everything was in room when we returned ready for our stay. Staff were so helpful and won’t hesitate in staying there again.

Novotel Melbourne South Wharf
Where weren’t happy as we ordered Deluxe Room with a King Bed and we what we actually received was two single beds pushed together which was uncomfortable and keep moving apart and were only given fee parking for the error.

Quest Docklands
The staff, as always, were pleasant, efficient and helpful. The kitchen was clean and well appointed. The apartment, a two bedroom apartment, was roomy and comfortable. I have stayed there many times and it will continue to be my first choice.
