I stayed here for one week and had an excellent experience. The hotel was clean, well-organized, and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Every staff member I interacted with—reception, chambermaids, and even the parking entrance team—was incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. The location made everything easy. There was quick access to all amenities, and I always felt very safe walking around the area or taking Uber rides across town. Getting to the airport was simple as well, with the expressway conveniently nearby. The hotel staff also treated my fiancée with such kindness and care, which made our stay feel even more special. I will definitely stay here again and will highly recommend it to all my family and friends. Ps as I didn’t use the gym or swimming pool I left my rating blank

Clean rooms … nice bar/lounge on top floor.

Definitely one of the best hotels in Nairobi … beautiful grounds, ample dining options, spacious and clean rooms, and very good attentive staff. A big shout out to Lydia, Manager on duty at Ruby Lounge on Dec 16th … thank you for the exceptional service you afforded your guests & especially me. It’s people like you that make us keep coming back to Glee Hotel! Well done!

Really enjoyed my stay at the Pan Pacific! Check-in was smooth and easy and everyone at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. My room exceeded expectations and there was plenty of space to relax, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was perfect for coming back from a multi day safari! There’s a Carrefour grocery store available with fresh fruits and other items that can be taken back to the room and prepared in the furnished kitchen. I’d definitely stay here again!
