“The Rocks is a hidden gem, a plethora of flowering and fruiting plants, whimsical touches, a glow worm grotto and very engaging staff. If anything wasn't in your chalet, there was a common cooking and laundry area. Not only did we use some things, we shared some of our extras. So much better then thowing some things in the rubbish!”

“I booked this hotel because Awaroa hut was fully booked. But it is really good choice to book Peppers Awaroa Hotel. It was last day of my Abel Tasman trekking, so I was too exhausted. When I see the Peppers Awaroa sign, I was too glad and the Hotel was really really good. The food is a little expensive than Nelson, but good quality. Everybody in hotel was warm, kind. “Perfekte Lage direkt am Strand. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir hätten uns jedoch für die Terrasse noch ein paar Stühle gewünscht. In der Anlage ein kleiner Supermarkt, die Preise etwas höher aber okay, sogar frisches Brot gab es. Die Waschmaschinen im Gemeinschaftsbereich waren schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir konnten günstig für 2 Euro unsere Wäsche waschen.”

“A lovely stay - we wish we could have stayed longer as one night was not enough in this beautiful area! Comfy bed, lovely additional comp amenities, cute pool area and incredibly comfortable bed. Fantastic location and the staff were a highlight - Rachel was so friendly and accommodating and extremely helpful. Breakfast included was a great extra and made the stay feel good value. ”

“Tidy cottage. Showing age and has partial do ups. Curtains needed more hooks as barely hanging. Cutlery draw needs cleaning and improved. No TV but excellent wifi. Shower has excellent water flow but no hair shampoo. ”
