Clean room, good location

the gentleman at the front desk was the best!

The room was as advertised however the bed itself was uncomfortably stiff. When we pulled in, we were told that we could not valet our vehicle unless we had a specific type of VIP membership, which we did not. We were then directed to self parking and were required to haul all of our luggage through the Miracle Mile shops to get to the check-in desk. Check in had approximately 30 guests in line with only two staff members working the desk. When we grieved the parking situation to the staff member checking us in, we were told that valet was ran by a separate company and the hotel had nothing to do with it. Very frustrating first impression. That said, all other staff encounters were very pleasant and the food options were great.
