"We arrived early and were made very welcome, room was ready on time and made up as we asked. Breakfast, afternoon cakes were great and the chef makes a great omelette, Spa is very modern and well maintained, rooms were cleaned every day and the hotel had a lovely feel. The bus stops directly outside the hotel so getting to and from was very easy though it is possible to ski in and out as well. Great stay very nice people"

"We arrived late - When the reception was closed. Everything was ready for us and there was 2 Lovely tapas-plates in the room. Very nice staff. Very service minded. We could buy both lift cards and lockers at the cabins from the hotel. Very smooth and easy. Super breakfast buffet and nice dinner menus. Everything was super clean! The sauna and steambath in the basement was a Lovely way to end a day of skiing."

"The room was very spacious and clean with balcony etc. The food was great with lots of choice at the breakfast buffet and good menu for the evening meals. The location is great, circa 100m from the main bus stop. Boot and ski room is very good, secure and warm. My only gripe was meal booking for the evening as we could never get a slot before 815pm as the restaurant is popular with hotel guests and the village using it and we're only B&B with no chance of prebooking (as we didn't know until we got there!). Other than that, good area, quite quiet at Kappl but short bus to Ischgl and Galtur etc. "
