The room was very big and spacious. It had a balcony from the bedroom and a balcony from the living room. The pool was lovely. The staff was kind and helpful. Fernando, Sonia and Maia were amazing! My only complaint was the lack of fresh fruit at their breakfast buffet.

Top Hotel in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand. Alles hier ist in einwandfreiem Zustand, alle Mitarbeiter sind höflich, hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Toller indoor Pool, Bike/Ski Raum, große Zimmer mit hochwertiger Ausstattung, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, etc. Dieses Hotel ist definitiv zu empfehlen.

Staff gentile, camera pulita e super confortevole, wellness e piscina ottimi, cucina del bistrot molto buona. In inverno c'è la fermata dello ski bus molto vicina e, naturalmente, l'albergo è fornito di un'ottima skiroom. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Pech gehabt, Schaden wurde jedoch schnell behoben.

Leider können wir dieses Hotel nicht wirklich bewerten, weil sie unsere Buchung trotz 100 % Zahlung bei Buchung vergessen hatten und auch kein Zimmer bei ihnen zu erhalten war. Ski-Hochsaison. Aber sie waren sehr bemüht uns sofort ein adequates Zimmer zu besorgen, was dann nach eineinhalt Stunden auch geklappt hat. Die Zwischenzeit durften wir dann auf Einladung im voll besetzten Restaurant verbringen, das Essen schmeckte sehr gut und das Personal war sehr nett. Es war ihnen sichtlich peinlich. Die Erstattung des bereits bezahlten Betrages erfolgte dann ohne Probleme nach drei Werktagen noch während unseres Aufenthalts. Im neuen Hotel mussten wir nur den Betrag bezahlen, der unserer ursprünglichen Buchung entsprach. Ob sie ihrer Mitbewerberin wirklich die Differenz in Rechnung gestellt haben entzieht sich unserer Kenntnis, ein bisschen vermutlich schon... wir mussten dort zweimal die Zimmer wechseln, was aber in der größten Hauptsaison Skifahren und Biathlon-WM (unser Ziel) ok war, weil die Alternative viel Zeit und ggf. auch Geld gekostet hätte und wir keine Lust auf weiteren Stress hatten. Das ursprüngliche Hotel liegt an der Hauptzugangsstraße zum Ort, ca. 2 km außerhalb. für alle Aktivitäten im Ort müsste man zu Fuß bergauf laufen. Für Skifahrer gibt es einen Skibus. Das Essen und die Freundlichkeit waren sehr gut. Da wir die einzelnen Aspekte des Hotels ja nicht bewerten konnten, haben wir uns auf die neutrale Mitte konzentriert, was ggf. ungerecht ist.
