“On arrival at 5pm room not ready, then no water supply to the room and when it did come we discovered there was no hot water, after approaching the manager we were informed that there is no hot water at all to this room EVER !!! Very poor water supply at all times, had to pour water into the toilet bowl to flush, showering was a nightmare you had to dance around to get wet from what little water came in ??????
