โHotel bello, curato, posizione Super comoda anche per visitare il centro. Inserito in un parco meraviglioso. Camera spaziosa, pulita, letto fantastico. Personale molto gentile. Ciรฒ che ci รจ piaciuto meno รจ che Nella nostra camera mancava il frigobar e il parcheggio dell'hotel era a pagamento. Nella strada davanti comunque tutti i parcheggi sono gratuiti.โ
โThe staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate your requests. It was a little inconvenient that the front desk had limited operation hours and that there were limited dining options in the neighborhood (no food delivery available via Uber Eats either), but still the friendly service overtakes these little inconveniences. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.โ
โSuper godt hotel til prisen. Lidt skummelt nabolag. Lidt svรฆrt at gennemskue det med gratis parkering, men vi fandt til sidst ud af at vi skulle bruge et lille kort, som lรฅ ved indgangen. Alt i alt godt hotel, som vi vil bruge igen. โ
โSehr nettes Personal, Zimmer war sauber, aufgerรคumt und es hat alles funktioniert. Die Parkplรคtze waren kostenlos und gab immer einen freien Parkplatz. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass die E-Ladesรคule nicht funktionierte - aber zu vernachlรคssigen.โ

While staying there it was very windy. Becuase of the wind noise it was impossible to sleep.
They really need to remove or relocate the flagpole, since most of the noise is coming from there.
Wi-Fi is too weak and almost useless.

โIn fact, I had a bad experience during check-in. The man at the reception was careless and, despite having already paid, the full amount was charged again. I ended up paying twice, and it took time to get the refund. However, Simin Mandegarian was truly amazing and completely changed my experience. Her responsiveness, support, and clear explanations made a big difference. Her multilingual skills were also a great help.
Thanks to her, I changed my mind and decided to give a positive rating.
