“We had a lovely 1 night stay with our 2 dogs. This hotel is very dog friendly and we could even bring our pointers with us into their restaurant when we had dinner. The staff was super friendly and the food amazing:) The only little thing I would have liked to have been informed about when booking our room, was that if we wanted to use the jacuzzi (that was the major reason we booked this hotel) we should have booked it so they could have had the chance to fill it with water and heat it up. “Toller Wellnessbereich.Wir hatten Glück,dass an dem Wochenende wenig Betrieb im Spa war.Vielen Dank auch an Marwin für die tollen Aufgüsse zu Dritt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war wie immer sehr gut und es gab viel Auswahl.Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich,schnell und kompetent.”

“위치도 너무 좋고, 청결함, 방 크기, 가구 수준 모두 훌륭합니다. 그런데, 카운터 분들이 영어가 좀 미숙하시고, 특히 체크아웃때 30분정도 기다리게 되었습니다. 상황을 보니 매번 일어나는 불필요한 대기인것 같은데, 체크아웃 속도를 높일 방법을 찾는것이 좋을것 같습니다. 손님들 다들 빡쳐있는데, 느릿느릿 서류처리는 분통터질수밖에 없죠”
