โEverything was perfect except that they made it appear that the room wasnโt available until 2:30 pmโฆforcing me and approx. 40 other guests to wait at the crowded lobby for hours. If I didnโt follow-up at around 2:15 pm, they probably would have kept quiet that the room was already available.
Bad business tactic !!!โ
โThe service provided by Eric and his team was nothing short of spectacular! On the day of our arrival he connected with us to ensure he was there to receive us on arrival. We got lost and he was able to help us navigate and meet us on the other side of the entrance with his team ready to assist with our luggages. He then got us settled letting us know everything we need to know about the place. He even gave us suggestions on nightlife places we might like. On our last day he also assisted us...
โMy husband and I stayed at Hop Inn overnight and the desk clerk who checked us in was very efficient, informed us that there no toothbrushes and soap that comes with the room (which is not a big deal for us, since we always bring our own anyway) Check-in is at 2:00pm but our room was ready before that . Wifi and cable TV, staff are very courteus and our was very clean.โ
โWe love how close this hotel to the main town. The of the restaurants and stores are walking distance from them.
They serve good breakfast as well.โ
