Love, love this hotel! Excellent location, super-comfy beds, and a lovely onsen. The staff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. I will most definitely be back!

Exceptional service. Staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Only thing to be aware of is the hotel is situated quite a way away from Fukuoka city centre. There is not much around the hotel.

We had a very satisfying and excellent experience during our 8-night stay at INNEST HAKATA. In fact, we felt at home. The room (we booked a superior triple room for 2 adults and 2 kids) was spacious and very clean, with a balcony. It had a functional kitchen, with all required utensils and tableware, a two-stove induction cooktop, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. There was a washing machine and hair dryer in the bathroom, which was separate from the toilet. What we like the most is the convenient location, just a few minutes' (~5 mins) walk from Hakata Canal City and Kushida Shrine Station and ~10-12 min walk from Hakata Station, also with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Though the facility is unmaned but, the check-in and check-out process was very smooth as per the instructions shared with us. There was a Tablet in the room with all the details of emergency contacts and wifi credentials. Overall, an excellent experience and a place we would be happy to stay at again. Highly recommended!
