"The young lady at front desk (Thurs 7/31)was very helpful getting a page printed for me and patient despite a steady flow of customers, my own phone issues all while making sure cookies were full… Only suggestion would be to add a transparent drape to the windows (at least on the first floor) you either get viewed by every person walking by or zero sunlight. "Location of this property is magnificent! Lakefront views and terraces make it a stellar option. Property offers plenty of outdoor seating to absorb the scenery with access to a public dock, pier and dangerously close proximity to an ice cream shop next door. Easy walking access to the many restaurants and shops in the downtown area. Our room was very comfortably furnished and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Really wished we'd brought our bikes to take advantage of the bike/walking trail that went past the hotel along the lake. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay and will return when in the area. "

"I only review properties that are good- or really bad. This is an excellent property! It's super clean, and the people are very nice. Elevators and parking are very efficient. They have no bar, but offer some drinks in their little shop. They dont have a restaurant, but do have breakfast. Three large self service coffee vats in the lobby very early every morning- which is very convenient. "

"We like the overall excellent appearance of the property. Bed was very comfortable and the roomwas clean. Many food options and we chose. PF Chang, a Chinese restaurant, which was excellent. A fairly new mall is close by which is one of the nicest that we have seen."
