"Pro: Beautiful view of the sea. Modern very clean rooms. Excellent bed. A+ Room Maid. Reception staff all very helpful. Brilliant breakfast area. Quality food. Swimming in the sea - fantastic! Pebbles on beach - wear beach shoes Cons: No restaurant for guests Only for bus tour people. Tiny unattended poorly stocked bar. No BW beach bar. Must rent chairs for €30 and eat mediocre food from nearby cafe. No food or drink at pool. No pool towels. Very steep isolated location. Many elevators. Funicular. No car? Good luck with taxis. Very hard to contact and arrange a ride. Order taxi from staff well in advance. Summary: Look at hotels on beach right in Spotorno or Noli"

"Séjour parfait. Hôtel très bien situé. Charmante chambre, très propre. Déjeuner délicieux et variés. Personnel accueillant et disponible. Air climatisé fonctionne très bien. Prévoir un léger supplément pour entreposage de vélo et serviette de plage. Nous y retournerons assurément!"

"Great stay near mountains and SPA. The hotel staff are amazing: Olena and her colleague from reception and the cleaning man that was adorable. The cleaning lady was very unfriendly, not giving us any choice regarding cleaning time and forcing herself in our room while we still were in PJ . The room cleaning is only once a week and she stayed less than 10 minutes, not even vacuuming of sweeping the floor - just changed our towels...I also met her another day at the reception and no hello, no sorry, she just interrupted us to get a paper from the receptionist- totally unacceptable behaviour for me. The rooms are great : clean, spacious, lots of equipment like fridge, safe, mini kitchenette...The proximity to the SPA is a real plus and all the rooms have fantastic views (this was our 5th stay in 3 years, this time we stayed 10 days). The hotel looks very safe with access codes and it is very quiet. We'll be back and I hope I won't see that cleaning lady again."

"Amazing view, friendly staff, very clean, and quiet. Far enough away from the chaos of the center city, but still very walkable to everything in town and the beach. The bike storage was a great amenity. 10/10 would recommend. We will be staying here on our next trip to finale!"
