"Otel oldukça merkezi bir konumda bulunuyor. Havalimanından tramvay ile kolaylıkla ulaşım sağlanabiliyor ve neredeyse otelin önünde inilebiliyor; bu da ulaşımı oldukça konforlu hale getiriyor. Konaklama sürecim boyunca herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım, her şey olması gerektiği gibiydi. Şehir içi ulaşım açısından da oldukça avantajlı bir konumda. "I had an amazing solo stay at Akra Hotel, especially after having to switch hotels, and I’m so glad I chose this one. My room was wonderful with a beautiful view, and I really enjoyed using room service. The chamomile tea was a highlight for me—I had it every night and it helped me relax and sleep so well. This was also my first time trying Turkish coffee, which was a great experience. I dined at Pablito’s restaurant as well as the restaurant on the 10th floor, and both were excellent. I also loved being able to shop downstairs for gifts and bring chocolates back home for my family. The poolside area was incredibly relaxing and added to the overall peaceful vibe of my stay. I especially want to recognize Atiya from Guest Services. She was kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Her warmth and professionalism made my stay even more special. Overall, this was an amazing solo trip, and Akra Hotel played a big part in that. I would absolutely stay here again!"

Odamıza yapılan upgrade için ayrıca çok teşekkür ederiz — harika bir sürpriz oldu. Otelin temizliği ve konforu da beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Konumu merkezi ve ulaşımı kolay, etrafında gezilecek yerler de mevcut. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz ve herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz. "

"The hotel looks beautiful and shiny, but actually it's not so good as it looks like. It's so noisy. We couldn't sleep. Walls are thin. It was cold in winter time as well even there was conditioner heater. Breakfast is every day the same, food is cold. Probably just not for me. But the most unacceptable issue is about cleaning. Me and my child stayed there for 6 nights. I requested cleaning of our room on day 3. All we got beds was changed. That's it. Towels were never replaced at our stay. We got new towels only on our last day. Floors are never mopped there. Only good thing is it's close to everything, train, bus, market. Lady on reception was very nice, but turkish guy just annoying. As I mentioned before I stayed there with my daughter and he in front of her asked for my phone number and was flirting. It's so unprofessional. His behaviour is not acceptable. Just disgusting. So girls be careful if you decide to stay there."
