The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and our room was absolutely perfect. We were given a huge, comfortable bed, and everything was clean and well-prepared. The hotel is very conveniently positioned and about 10 or 15 minutes to the tram stop into Basel. The breakfast was absolutely first class - plenty of options and the rooms were great."
