we had an amazing experience spending our holiday there. Amazing people, second to none food and service and everyone is so friendly and nice. They even left a private letter celebrating my birthday to my room. We will definitely go back.

Enjoyed our stay , staff are so nice and helpful Emin in the restaurant was lovely and so attentive ,Lily in the bar was always chatty and getting our drinks. We were there for a week and couldn't get a lounger by the pool , people out at 4am blocking beds , and beds lying all day with towels and not even used. So annoying. Lots of guests unhappy. The life guard at the pontoon was very helpful he always got us a lounger. Only problem there was lots of people smoking and vaping on the pontoon even although its a non smoking area , again lots of unhappy guests. We are returning next year and hopefully the hotel will have addressed these issues.

People put their towels down of a night so it’s a challenge being around the pool if you get there after 730. The beach is terrible with beds packed in centimetres apart. The al la carte restaurant was great but the buffet can become monotonous quickly and as a result we ate out a few times. The staff are fantastic, super friendly and helpful.

Simply outstanding value. Located far away from the obnoxious busyle of the Marmaris port area in a quieter end of town. Rooms are fresh, economical and modern. The staff is very attentive, particularly in the dining areas, poolside and at the reception area. The food was otherworldly good with incredible variety on offer all throughout the day. Exceptional quality, quantity and freshness at all meals. Kids are given special treatment by the entertainment staff. Nightly entertainment was very good and in good taste for all ages. The pool is larger than the pictures suggest, however the water is NOT heated so it is seldomly used on days that dip below 25 degrees C. On site parking is limited to curbside spaces, but I had no issue parking my vehicle for five days across from the main entrance. Two sides of the hotel are flanked by lovely gardens with lovely hens and roosters. Also located steps away from the network of protected bike lanes that spans the length of Marmaris. Limited space available to securely lock bikes adjacent to the hotel's main entrance. Once again, the food was divine. Will ABSOLUTELY return again.

The place is good, the staff is friendly and the food is good. Overall it was a nice experience and we loved it. Only one thing to note Mr. Habib at the reception is a very helpful and professional person who seeks the satisfaction of the guests but the other young guy over there is really rude and doesn’t even have the basic ethics of hospitality

I'd like to start by saying this is a great hotel and I plan to stay here again this time next year! It's far enough away from the centre of Marmaris to not be too noisy, but not too far that you can't walk there. I also like that it's set back slightly from the beach. Staff lovely and attentive, always offering you a drink. Rooms nice size + come with free toiletries such as shower cap etc. Beds very comfortable, although disappointed to have only two pillows for two people. At the best of times I like to sleep fairly upright, but having a sore throat as well, one pillow just wasn't enough. I did ask for more the next day and was given them Choice of food was incredible - almost always something available to eat and good quality. Lovely private jetty, with lovely staff ready to nip across to the bar to get you drinks. The entertainment team great and really got the guests involved in the pool-side games etc. Negatives (but obviously not that bad since I am choosing to come back lol): Mini bar in euros - as an English person, I don't carry euros, and since I'm in Turkey I would expect it to be in TL. Wi-fi not working on arrival for three days + when it did work, it kept cutting out. I know you don't go on holiday to be on your phone, but I am a university student and had intended to try and write some essays in the evening. Can hear other guests quite clearly in corridors outside room. Gym right next to sauna with no air conditioning making it very hot Less use of plastic
