“The staff at this hotel are really the stars of the show. While the property is a nice refuge from the hustle bustle of Marrakesh, the facilities are slightly worn. The rooms are very nice and spacious, the pools are a nice, and while we preferred the smaller more private pool, it could have been better maintained,(the tiles were a little green with algae), but again, very nice amenity. We asked for a room change, as the bass of the music being played in the pool area, was pounding in our room....

“Likes:- Staff were all very pleasant and helpful, even if they didn't fully understand you they smiled and nodded, which is what they are paid to do. Head of reception, Corina was very helpful and understanding. Zest Bar was good of an evening if you didn't like entertainment, barman Kemal happy, helpful and funny. Room was fine, overlooking golf course but on ground floor without much of a view. Needed minor attention, shower drainage not coping with water flow causing water to flow into...

“We had a really good stay in this Riad. We booket last minute. But they made sure we’d get picked up at the airport and was ready to meet us when we got to the the medina. We loved our stay, the service is really good. Always smiling and willing to help. The breakfast was really lovely op on the rooftop. The Riad is very beautiful and authentic, lovely rooms. Overall we loved our stay. Thank you so much.”
