+ clean and well structured resort and rooms + nice reef +kind personnel + good quality beach restaurant and a la carte Italian restaurant for extra cost - large variety of choices at dinner but low quality food - wifi in the room only with extra cost. Overall a good choice but suggest to buy vip package

TOP-hotel Royal Tulip resort Marsa

We where here for 8 times. One of the best hotels in Marsa Alam / Egypt. Lovely clean beach. Fantastic private reef. Very nice rooms (about 55sq). For Egytian norm very excellent food. And by the way : Marsa Alam is a very quiet place to go !!

Amazing for families and children. If you want some great seaside and beach and mainly tranquility, this is the right place to be. DIDN’t like that Expedia booked the trip from Hurghada Airport which is 2hours and 30mins away from Marsa Alam so plz beware of this detail (apparently there are no direct flights from U.K. to Marsa Alam). Food was fine but not excellent (also the buffet it gets very messy at lunch time). Guys from the SPA and Excursions teams literally busted my ears all day long with their packages so get ready to deal with that whilst trying to enjoy your holidays

Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Pools sind sehr gut und schön, kein Chlorgeruch und sauber und gross. Rutschen am Kinderpool sind gut und nicht nur für Kinder geeignet. Eher sind 2 Rutschen nur für Erwachsene und etwas beängstigend 😅. Zimmer im Haus 26 : gross, renoviert, 2. Stock mit Pool- und ein wenig Meerblick: schön, Teekocherimmer gibt es frische Wasserflaschen, man kann sich Wasser überall auffüllen lassen, muss also kein Wasser kaufen, Minibar ist gefüllt. Den Rotwein kann man nicht empfehlen. Meer ist herrlich, Kitesurfing sehr empfehlenswert. Die Läden beim Kinderpool: Verkäufer leider sehr aufdringlich! Unangenehm. Essen gut und eine grosse Auswahl. Ich würde und werde vielleicht wiederkommen.

Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen

Ein sehr gutes 4* - Hotel mit ausgezeichneter Küche und super freundlichem Personal. Das Animationsteam gibt sich viel Mühe die Gäste zu unterhalten. Leider ist hier, wie in vielen Hotels, nicht alles All inklusive obwohl so beworben. Aber es hält sich in Grenzen und dafür ist der Grundpreis recht günstig.

Struttura comoda dall’aeroporto, in 15?’inuti di taxi è raggiungibile. Stanze in stile anche se un po’ datate sono comunque tenute bene. Parti comuni e camere con ottima pulizia. Cibo vario e di qualità buona per essere all’estero. Spiaggia ben curata e con un ottimo punto mare, anche se per accedervi bisogna fare un pontile di 700mt. Animazione soft. Personale molto disponibile e gentile.

Ottima posizione, a circa 20 minuti dall'aeroporto e su un tratto di mare dai colori sorprendenti. Nei dintorni non c'è praticamente niente, tranne Port Ghalib che però è esclusivamente turistica, con relativi prezzi, pertanto è da intendersi quale vacanza di mero relax. Personale gentilissimo.

Struttura molto bella. Camera famigliare molto grande con 2 bagni. Tante piscine anche con scivoli. Spiaggia molto comoda senza barriera in riva, ideale per giocare con bambini. Giardini con splendide palme molto curati. Peccato che i giochi e gli scivoli dei bambini siano in molti casi danneggiati e quindi pericolosi soprattutto per i più piccoli.

Struttura già frequentata, mantiene sempre un livello medio alto. Purtroppo quest’anno il cuoco italiano era arrivato solo da una settimana e a fine soggiorno si cominciavano a apprezzare i miglioramenti. Fuorviante la dicitura Wi-Fi gratis sul sito perché non è così, i gentili addetti alla reception hanno confermato che è a pagamento.

Alles war super wir hatter einen sehr schönen aufenthalt dort einzigste was wir zu bemängeln haben ist das man im Restaurant zu wenig Tische haben für die ganzen Gäste (das Hotel ist sehr gut besucht)wenn zeit zum essen gekommen war ansonsten können wie es nur weiterempfehlen wir werden aufjedenfall nochmal hinfliegen👍👍

Posizione, spiaggia e camera superior vista mare eccellenti. Pulizia in camera ok. Personale nelle sale non all'altezza di una struttura 5 stelle. Pur essendoci un dress code non lo fanno rispettare. Almeno per la cena non si dovrebbe permettere di presentarsi in ciabatte e calzoni corti. Dovrebbero inoltre prestare più attenzione alla pulizia dei tavoli (spesso riallestiti senza togliere le briciole dal tavolo).

Nachdem wir 5! Tage versucht haben das Zimmer zu bekommen, daß wir gebucht hatten (Superior mit Meerblick ),zuerst im falschen Hotel, Magic Tulip, untergebracht wurden, von der Rezeption unfreundlich und respektlos bei jeder Beanstandung behandelt wurden, vom Manager mit einem Lächeln belogen wurden, was die Lage, wie auch die Kategorie des Zimmers anging, können wir dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Es ist KEIN 5 Sterne Hotel. Das Hotel ist viel zu groß und wird immer noch erweitert, was zur Folge hat, daß man sich beim Essen, wie in einer Werkskantine vorkommt, die von immer neuen Busladungen von Menschen gefüllt wird. Das Essen ist gut, die Sauberkeit läßt zu wünschen übrig, das Personal gibt sich redliche Mühe. So einen Urlaub möchte ich nicht noch einmal erleben. Im Übrigen warten wir immer noch auf ihre Antwort auf unsere Beschwerde.
