"We loved this place! Highly recommend!! Wish we could have stayed longer. Everyone was so incredibly nice and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with a beautiful balcony seating area. A/C throughout the property was strong and refreshing after spending time out in the summer heat. The buffet restaurant had delicious food everyday! My husband got his most favorite haircut ever at the spa. We also enjoyed the tennis courts, gym, and snorkeling alcove that is shared between the other Jaz hotels next door. So relaxing yet so much to do! Hope to come back another time."

"My room was big clean comfortable with very nice view. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Check in & check out was easy fast. Food is good but for me as a vegetarian not much varieties maybe next time will ask for special request meals, the pasta corner was good for me ☺️ "

"Pros.: Check in was very quick and welcoming. Staff in all the premises are very friendly. Lunch and dinner was very tasty and had a good variety. Rooms are spacious, very clean and well decorated. Pools are nice but were able to swim within the heated one only due to cold weather during that week of my vacation. We didn't try the aqua park. Oriental desserts are really tasty. Hot and soft drinks are really well prepared. Cons: Breakfast needs a lot of improvement in quality and in variety. Worst quality of cheese they use. Western desserts needs a lot of improvement as well. Snacks needs to be improved. Having a live cooking station during dinner would be nice. Would definitely visit again hopefully they can fix those minor issues that can make a tremendous vacation "
