The gentleman who checked me in was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY & SYMPATHETIC to the inconvenience I was facing upon arrival to Marseilles. Everyone was very nice, our hotel room had a corner window with a very nice view of the city, where you can see the hills, what appeared to be a castle, and the ocean. It was a good deal for the price. "
