"Well lit (better than most hotels), clean and comfortably. Provision of crockery seemed a bit random. Our main grumble was with the laundry room - only two washing machines and dryers for the whole hotel. No explanations of the system in English (or for that matter in German) downstairs in the laundry room itself, not even a note by the phone that reception was on extension 9. We couldn't get the App to work and noted that it has been extremely badly reviewed by others. The whole thing...
