"Staff, gave me different directions for things that I needed. Weekend staff was not as informed as weekday staff. Breakfast service again was great on the weekdays, but the weekends were not as clean and efficent. Sometimes they didn’t even turn the lights on over your area. Pool… was dirty. The white sides had built up, scum on it. Very disappointing for the amount of money and the reputation they have. Maintenance came to my room 3 times to fix didn’t stuff. Cleanliness in the room was awesome. Maid service was very efficient. Wan’t able to use my electronic access to areas on my phone. Staff told me there was nothing they could do. Why offer it?"

The staff went so far out of their way to help us and let us know about the hotel amenities and town events. Everything at the hotel was top notch and we liked that it wasn't too big. Wonderful hotel!"
