"Room had plastered gouges that were not painted, anything metal was rusted, infested with roaches, sheets has holes door manual lock did not work. The restaurant closed 2 years ago photos were at least 1-2 decades old, parking lot was overgrown and had pot holes. "

"Checkin was quick. Room was comfortable and A/C did a great job of keeping the room cool. The hotel had free shuttle from airport that was efficient. They also offered a shuttle to cruise port for a small fee. We opted for a Uber ride to cruise port though. I would say that the free buffet breakfast had a lot to be desired. The container for waffle batter was empty for the entire time (20 minutes) we were there. The scrambled eggs were runny and the sausages were soft from basically sitting in about an inch of greasy liquid. I ended up having cereal and milk."

"Parking was tight if you has an SUV. Room was nice for what it was needed for, sleeping. Room was smaller than what the photos showed but the AC was cold, shower worked well. A little confused at first where to ho to get the keys since there was one sign on the hotel that said to go one place but a tenant told me where to go. Otherwise, it was a place to sleep after a long day. Thank you"

"Staff informed me that our booking was cancelled on arrival but Hotels.com confirmed that it was not cancelled. I had to book at a higher nightly rate for the same room type with the hotel staff but Hotels.com assisted in providing the difference in a refund. "

"We were a little leery- usually stick to large chains when we aren’t sure, but have been trying out smaller boutique locations. We were pleasantly surprised- very cute and clean. We love renovated places and this was a good one. "
