"A very nice place a little outside the ”Centre”. The apartment/place was designed with great taste.
In spite of being a small place with few guests they served an excellent breakfast with a great variation. Much above expectations, really 1st class.
On recommendation we had dinner at pizzeria (normally not our choice) also very much on the countryside. A real good place with gourmet pizzas."

The hospitality was unique and we got a lot of recommendations for fantastic walks in Valtellina's vineyards, restaurants, etc. The breakfast, cleaning and the service we experienced was extraordinary. "We loved our four-night stay at B&B Al Carotin. Julio is super friendly and always at hand. The property has balconies overlooking the valley and mountains, and it was so relaxing just to sit out on the balcony, drink in the views, and let your shoulders drop. We took a day trip to Tirano and took the train up to Switzerland, which is the same line as the Bernina Express. We had a couple of very enjoyable days by the lake. We'd love to come back."
