The helpful and friendly staff makes this quite modest hotel a wonderful place to stay. The room was small but everything was neat and clean. 4-5 min walk to the beach. The location is good if you have a car, otherwise it’s a bit off. Breakfast is ok, simple and lacked fresh vegetables. But the lovely staff makes you excellent coffee. One morning my teenage sons slept over breakfast, which the staff noticed and made them a tray for me to bring to the room. That says it all!

Clean and charming

Family stayed for one night and we were very impressed. Spotless clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was simple but very tasty. I would stay here again.

Nice small hotel, the owners are very kind and caring. Not a huge breakfast choice but very good. Rooms are nice but nothing is soundproof. From people talking, toilet flushing car parking and even people walking I could hear literally everything. This is the only thing I really did not like all the rest is fine.

Clean room with charm. Great shower (high pressure). Breakfast was very nice. Has AC. Outdoor seating for breakfast and a small outdoor space in front of the building for sitting in the morning or evening.

Matteo, Gaia, and Valentina were perfect hosts . Very professional , creating a friendly and kind atmosphere . The Location , a couple minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Massa. The WiFi was fine, the air condition , which during our stay with temperatures hovering around the 90 plus degrees , was a lifesaver , worked perfect .

Ho sostato presso la struttura in bassa stagione a Settembre, è vicinissima al centro e permette un rapido accesso anche all'autostrada. Il mare è letteralmente a 5 minuti a piedi. Possibilità di parcheggio interno, personale molto cordiale e gentile. La dependance dove ho alloggiato è tranquillissima e moolto accogliente. La colazione è ottima e il personale la rende ancor più gradevole. Meta consigliata a Settembre per la tranquillità e la facilità di spostamento pedonale e in auto.

Tutto perfetto per un ottimo rapporto di qualità prezzo con la doppia a 75€. Posso confermare che le camere al piano terreno soffrono di poca insonorizzazione soprattutto se gli altri ospiti sbattono le porte. Torneremo con piacere alla nostra prossima occasione

Chambre très propre. Tout ce dont on a besoin. Sèche cheveux articles de toilette linge de toilette. L’accueil parfait, très agréable. Petit déjeuner excellent sucré, salé. Parking dans l’hôtel intérieur. Proche de tout restaurant, bar, épicerie.
