Great location, right next to the Duomo with a view from the terrace. Helpful staff, lead by Leone! Ice cream, coffee, breakfast snacks a nice touch and really appreciated having an elevator. Clean and comfortable, the only suggestion would be improved seating in the room. All told a very enjoyable stay.

PROS
- The hotel is in a great location
- Our cleaner was lovely and did an amazing clean every day and the towels were super soft
- The breakfast range was amazing
CONS
The online photos of the rooms look lovely, with big windows providing lots of light. Unfortunately we were given room 100, which although a lovely size was:
- dark due to having small windows
- positioned directly under where the cleaning staff kept their supplies which meant a lot of noise / banging in our room even sometimes at 6:30 in the morning.
- a dangerous step down directly after entering the room. The guy who took us to our room just muttered ‘be careful’ as I entered the first time but i had no idea what he was talking about so and almost fell down the step.
- the Wifi was extremely patchy and the settings didn’t enable us to join a VPN which we always use when travelling
I’m sure the rest of the hotel has beautiful rooms, room 100 is just not one of them.
