Hotel is very convenient to the airport. Friendly staff. Nice indoor pool. The reason I am giving only one star is because the hotel was helpful in the past storing our luggage. We are a non profit doing dental clinics where there is no access to care and do it all at our own expense. This time the hotel charged us US$800 to store our luggage while we did other business for a week, and no amount of begging or pleading would change the manager's mind. I told him I would write a bad review and he just said "fine".

Yo can definitely find something cheaper for the same and even better services For a 5 star hotel, the check in area is too warm. Breakfast buffet is middling . U have to ask for coffee … why can’t coffee be available without asking someone to pour it for you ? And bring your own Splenda as they only have sugar as an option.

The over all was really super! Nice room & clean. Friendly staff. The hotel secure & decent. Location is accessible. The transportation is also easy to access.

The rooms at The Alpha Suites are so spacious, you literally feel expanded the moment you walk into the unit. It’s such a good size for big families plenty of room to move, breathe, and just relax together. The poolside area feels like paradise. So quiet, so clean, the kind of space that instantly puts you at ease. But what really made our stay special was the staff. Inah the manager, Hannah at the front desk, and Rigor all showed such warmth in making sure we were taken care of every step of the way. You can tell they genuinely care about the guest experience. Highly recommend The Alpha Suites for families looking for space, peace, and genuinely great service. We’ll definitely be back!
