โCheck in was fast and smooth for our group with 3 different rooms. They had the keys ready for us when we got there showed us to our rooms and was clean and spaciousโ
โTired facilities but comfortable. We had a two bedroom unit with ensuite. It was a bit noisy ( traffic and people outside). Lovely meal in the restaurant. Great checkin, pleasant and helpful staff.โ

I was sad it was to hard for me after my hip operation to get to the pools just to steep and to far down steps etc But everything else was 110% we loved it

This lodge was so good to enjoy rural area's beautiful view and MS.Shona and her husband were so kind. I needed to find a good hotel which is close to hobbit village and that was why I choose this lodge. It was so nice to have this kind of experince. โ

the hosts really great and super kind. they make a nice and delicious breakfast everyday. they gave us some tips for our trip(good restaurants around downtown, mustsee spots) and it was so helpful. highly recommend this place!!โ
โLoved everything about our stay. Great location, hospitable owners, beautiful grounds, cute chickens. Clean room and comfy bed, not en-suite but private bathroom for every room, hot shower with very good shower pressure, lovely common kitchen and lounge areas. Would have stayed longer had we could! โ
โLovely property, friendly and accommodating staff. We stayed at the Rob Waddell Lodge which is a great place for large families such as ours. Amazing views of the lake and very well equipped with everything. Will definitely return and recommend this place to others. โ
