โStaff was very friendly and welcoming and very quick to help if needed. Very nice hotel and great room size. Lovely cafe in the hotel as well.

โThis is a great central place to stay. Itโs walking distance from a lot of attractions and historical tours. It also is an easy walk to the train & bus station for when you want to explore further outside the city. โ
โBooked to stay as attending a celebration across the road in the Gingerman that night. From start to finish the attention to detail, kindness and professionalism of the staff was a breath of fresh air. Lovely food, comfy bed and that shower!! ๐๐๐โ
โMy wife and I stayed here for 6 nights. I'm satisfied with everything, but there is one thing I'm disappointed with. Room cleaning is done only once a week. I would like to do this at least once every 2-3 days. I stayed 6 nights, but only 1 towel and toilet paper were prepared, so I had to ask for extra. If the pitcher is staying for several days, I would like to prepare towels and toilet paper in advance.โ
