“The pros: Mostly friendly staff. Clean renovated room although the HVAC system brings in a lot of dust. Access to heat or AC in the room was awesome. Safe parking. Great discounts at local restaurants. The cons: The mattresses are horrendous and definitely need to be changed in the near future. No ice machine.”

“Our check in could be described as perfunctory boarding on the brusque . Upon arrival and pressing the bell we waited a few minutes and someone came along. Didn’t introduce himself or even say “ Welcome etc”, just “what is your name, then your room number is, handed over keys and asked about breakfast. We weren’t even told about the residents lounge ( which we discovered the next morning - a bit too late by then). Rooms were moderately clean, with a couple of spiders and cobwebs in the ceiling...
