スタッフの対応等は、行き届きありがとうございました。ただ、部屋のトイレは洗浄🚽トイレではなく、館内には洗浄トイレは、数ヵ所のみだったのは。残念！

トータル的に満足です。 口コミを読み不安な気持ちもありましたが、払拭です。 心配だった部屋の掃除具合も○です。 部屋の掃除をした方の名前を書いた紙が置いてありました。 照明の暗さも私達は気になりませんでした。 リラックスできる、良い睡眠につながる明るさです。 バイキングも工夫を感じます。 満足美味しくいただきました。 お風呂は種類も多く、皆さんの口コミ通り良かったです。 スタッフの方も皆さん、感じが良かったです。 １つだけ残念だったことは、うちは子連れだったこともあり、早めに就寝しました。 24時ぐらいにトイレで目を覚ましたのですが、隣の部屋の方のテレビの音が聞こえてきていました。 その音がなかなか気になり、隣の方が朝方の４時ぐらいにテレビを消すまで眠れませんでした。 私一人だけ、寝不足でした。 本当にそれだけが残念でした。 これは運かなと思いますf(^_^; ピアノの演奏も素敵でしたし、足湯も良かったです。 建物が広く子供も楽しそうでした。 また泊まりに行きたいと思います(*^^*)

온천 정말 좋았습니다

대욕장이 정말 좋았습니다. 일단 앞에 펼쳐진 산을 마주보면서 하는 온천이 너무 좋았구여... 다양한 온천탕이 있어서 옮겨다니면서 하는 재미가 있었습니다. 사람들로 전혀 북적이지도 않고 조용하게 온천해서 좋은 추억 많이 남겼습니다. 다음에 또 방문하려구요:)

숙박시설이 많이 노후화 되어있슴. 온천이용할려면 타울을 룸에서 가져가야함 근데 타울 을 더 요구하면 별도 차지요구함. 중국 단체 손님이 많아서 시끄럽고 소란스러움. 딱 온천 물만 좋음.

Older hotel but spacious. Try the private onsens!

This hotel must have once been a grand establishment, but unfortunately the years have not been too kind to it. Many parts of the hotel are showing their age, and the place now feels too large and empty for the amount of business it sustains. We do want to give credit to the hotel staff for their kind service, and the rooms are really spacious even by Western standards. The highlight of our stay was a 45-minute session in one of the private onsen rooms (reservations highly recommended!) Other than that, the public baths were decent and clean, the buffet breakfast had a large variety of foods to choose from, and we certainly can't complain about the free parking (even if we did have to walk across the street with our luggage to access the main part of the hotel). The hotel itself is a 5-7 minute drive from the main part of Matsuyama City. Judging from the other hotels near the main drag, we certainly do appreciate getting more space and hassle-free parking at Okudogo Ichiyunomori.

お湯は最高

お湯は滑らかで肌も髪もつるつるすべすべになりました。スタッフの方も丁寧ではあるのですが、痒いところはどうぞご自分で。みたいな感じ。施設もかなり古いようで外観も含め雰囲気が暗くてきれいに見えない。２泊はちょっと辛かった。

露天風呂が最高すぎる！！！

露天風呂がとても広くて、大満足できました！！！夫婦より家族とか同性で行った方が楽しめそう！朝食バイキングはごはんが進むおかずがたくさんでほんとおいしかったです！！！

好殘舊的溫泉酒店

地點又遠，間房入面咩都冇，風筒又冇，上網線又冇，溫泉又舊，個底仲有沉澱物! 一定不會再入住！ 叫酒店職員拎條上網線俾我，足足等左半個鐘先有！

温泉が良い。周りの自然が素晴らしい。かつては、もっと素晴らしかったんでしょうか。

多少、値段はたかめ。今回は、一人で行ったので尚更。もったいない。バイキングは、想像していたよりは、良かった。特に、牛のステーキが美味しかったです。お代わりしました。道後温泉駅からの送迎は、助かりました。

西日本最大の露天入浴施設付きホテル

泉質・入浴施設が素晴らしい。道後温泉と泉質は違うが、こちらの方がいわゆる“美人湯”で泉質は上。夕食はバイキングのみで、ひとりで泊まったが夜のレストラン施設はまったく無い。およそ500メートル下ったところにローソンがある。

お風呂が充実

오래된 온천장 호텔

이 호텔은 도고온천장에서 조금떨어진곳에 위치하고 있으며 오래된 호텔입니다. 약 50년 정도 된것 같습니다. 건물은 낡았지만 나름대로 관리를 잘 해 온듯합니다.부속시설로 온천이 있어서 편리하며 아침,저녁을 주는것도 좋은 점 입니다. 조그만 수영장도 있읍니다.한국어를 할줄아는 여직원이 있었는데 재미있는것은 한국사람들에대한 태도가 좀 이상하더군요. 제가 제 우산을 가지고 같다가 현관에 그냥 걸어 놓았읍니다. 비가 많이 왔엇거든요. 나중에 제우산을 가져가려고 하니 이 여직원이 그 우산은 주인이 따로 있으니 사용하면 안된다고 합니다. 그래서 이 우산은 내가 한국에서 가지고 온것이다 라고 애기하니 그럴리가 없다고 해서 신랑이가 좀 있었읍니다. 다행히 제가 가지고간 우산에 한국말이 적혀 있어서 오해가 풀렸는데, 많은 한국사람이 문제를 일으켜서 ,예를 들면 타월을 가져간다든가, 남의 우산을 가져 간다든가 해서 문제가 많이 있었나 봅니다. 우리나라 사람들의 문제 이기도 하지만 어쨋던 불쾌하더군요. 우리의 문제이기도 하겟지요. 아무튼 호텔은 오래되고 카페트 등이 오래된 냄세가 나기는 하지만 무난했읍니다.

Last day in Japan

Recently went on a business trip to the Matsuyama area and ended up having to stay on more day on short notice. The only hotel available was the Hotel Okudogo and I am glad it was. The dinner buffet was amazing with great versions of American and Japanese food selection. Since there was a hot springs festival in town they had a lot of tourist groups there for for their on site hot springs so ended up getting a free upgrade to one of their 5 private hot spring rooms to make room in the standard rooms for the groups. These 5 private rooms were amazing. Very authentic Japanese feel to the rooms and the rooms private hot spring was great. Very clean hotel and the staff didn't hesitate 1 second to go out of their way to help me out. Only problem I had with the hotel was that is was so far away from Matsuyama Airport, but this couldn't not be helped and does not effect my great experience. All around it easily got a 5 star rating from me!!!
