“We are PARK KIDEOK family who stayed in room 821 for 4 days. On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day. We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan. I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager...

“It was clean, convenient to stay in the accommodation where I stayed during my family trip for the past week, the facilities were pleasant, and the Ajim meal was delicious. I'm willing to tie it back. ”

“깨끗하고 서비스 좋아요. 다만 주변이 다소 시끄러운게 단점. 그래도 직원도 친절하고 호텔 식당 및 주변 식당들이 맛있어서 좋았어요.”

“Everything is good.”

“It’s a nice motel with Route 66 ambiance. Liked the bar with the live music. Close to the center and beautiful botanical gardens. Thumbs up.”

“The hot tub and inside pool was outside and into another building which we never found. Hotel front desk very nice and more than accommodating. The restaurant. First morning after an hour wait for someone to take our order, we left. 2nd morning after a 45 min wait, we left. Third times a charm???? Nope next morning we tried again, this time we received our drinks after asking for them three times. Our order came a bit faster (about 20 min) but was incorrect. It was easier to just eat it...

“Breakfast area had some removed wallpaper with mold clearly visible on the wall”

“Nice staff and Clean, safety place!”

“Good needing. A lot of room.”

“This is a quaint hotel located in walking distance form historic downtown Albuquerque. The rooms have been updated, are clean and comfortable. There is a small pool in the courtyard, a tap room next to the hotel lobby, and several small restaurants to eat at on the property. It was perfect for a road trip along Route 66 for a few nights. Not all rooms have a refridgerator (FYI).”
