I stayed at this property to attend a conference held at its convention center, which made the location extremely convenient. I didn’t need to go out for meals, and I was able to enjoy the casino during my free time. Unfortunately, I missed the opportunity to see Barry Manilow’s live performance. From my room, I had a commanding view of the Sphere, which was beautifully illuminated throughout the night. However, there were a few downsides. The Wi-Fi connection was slow and unstable, which made it difficult to work efficiently. The power outlet was not conveniently located near the desk, and there was no kettle provided in the room. If you need hot water, you have to purchase it from the café on the ground floor.

Everything was amazing! Great food, drinks, we will definitely be going back! Rooms are beautiful and very clean everywhere! Bathroom products smelled soooo good!

Staff was nice! Facility is old and needs a revamp. Why is the pirate show outside not working?

Our room was not clean, the restroom was dirty, the bathtub and shower were covered in hair and glitter all over the sink and floor. Our previous experience was great but this time was disappointing.

Loved the location and poker tournaments at the hotel. No star for safety as a man was pickpocketed and had his wallet stolen upon arriving at hotel. We had no issues, but a lot of vagrants around looking for opportunities. Food was excellent, prices high but worth it.
