"When we arrived there was no sign of life and no sign to say this was the property, eventually a guard opened the gate and said they were fully booked and had no record of our booking. He did get the owner on the phone but the signal was bad and we were unable to get any sense from him. We had to call another taxi and find alternative accommodation. This property is in the middle of nowhere! I am currently trying to get a refund from Expedia."

"It is a beautiful hotel with a big well kept grounds. The breakfast is standard Filipino fare which I find delicious. During my stay it was a venue for a wedding and I am sure it was beautiful. I would highly recommend it to other travelers!"

"Staff were very helpful and kind. Low water pressure during evening and morning shower. Not included are shower and soap essentials. Wifi was not working and requested to be moved to another floor. Elevator was not working. Overall, it's okay for last minute check in. Good location close to everything like 7eleven, massage area and port."
