I punti forti di questa struttura sono le due piscine belle grandi,i parco giochi per bambini sparsi in tutto il villaggio,le casette molto carine,comode dotate di ogni confort,il ristorante con pizzeria e anche l'animazione sono stati molto simpatici e coinvolgente.la struttura però avrebbe bisogno di più cura per il verde,più pulizia e più personale.nel complesso ci siamo divertiti noi e anche i miei figli.da ritornare

Abbiamo soggiornato per il ferragosto ed ero un po' preoccupata per il periodo... Ma devo dire che siamo stati molto bene... Staff presente e cordiale e location ordinata e accogliente, le casette al top e complete di tutto.... Ho atteso ben 6 ore per avere il monolocale in quanto dicevano che lo stavano pulendo . Purtroppo i tempi di attesa sono stati lunghissimi . Bisogna migliorare sulla parte accoglienza . I giochi dei bambini sono bellissimi , le piscine sono belle ed il cibo da menu fisso è ok .

Personale alla reception poco accogliente e poco cortese,la stanza mi è stata consegnata alle 19,stanza un po vecchiotta,diverse volte si staccava la luce poco comunicazione tra il personale,sicurezza all'intero del villaggio inesistente poteva entrare qualsiasi persona. Ristorante veramente buono è di qualità personale cortese e disponibile,i ragazzi dell'animazione osso veramente super disponibile e facevano risollevare il villaggio sempre attivi nelle attività e coinvolgevano tutte le persone . Selve stedet var rigtig hyggeligt. Dog var det problematisk, at så få af de som arbejdede der kunne engelsk. Vi taler ikke Italiensk... Underholdningen på stedet var hyggelig nok. Men igen havde det været rart, hvis det f.eks. kunne have været oversat til engelsk også. F.eks. den ene aften var der sang konkurrence for børn, hvilket vi ikke forstod noget af, før det var i gang. Vores den ældste dreng på 5 år ville gerne op og synge "Mester Jakob". Men konkurrencen var jo i gang etc. Et STORT minus ved stedet var chefen/lederen eller hvad han var. Han sad for det meste med solbriller på inde ved en computer i informationen, og så altid sur ud. Han var bestemt ikke kundevenlig eller imødekommende. Og vi har ikke tal på, hvor mange gange vi hørte ham stå og råbe af og skælde ud på de andre ansatte. Selvom vi stod lige foran og ville spørge om hjælp til noget. En meget ubehagelig person at have ansat på et ellers familievenligt sted...

Ciao a tutti, perennemente senza acqua calda,scarico wc mi si allagava il bagno,senza barbecui, poco divertimento, animazione molto scarsa,impianto acustico da schifo,piscina carina, gonfiabili per bambini alle 19,00 li sgonfiano , manca il pizzaiolo .
