"Los anfitriones fueron increíblemente amables y atentos; las recomendaciones que nos dieron para conocer Mazunte fueron de lo más bonito del viaje y nos permitieron disfrutar la zona de una manera muy especial.
La experiencia en general fue agradable y tranquila. Como área de oportunidad, considero que podría mejorarse un poco la comodidad dentro de las casas de campaña, la colchoneta presentaba detalles de limpieza y la casa de campaña mostraba algo de desgaste, además de que la iluminación del...

"This hotel is incredible. The views are spectacular and it truly looks and feels like paradise. The room was very clean, quite, and comfortable. The food and drinks were delicious. The staff are so nice and extremely helpful. We loved our experience and can't wait to go back. "
"Casa Lú has an ideal location and the rooms have wonderful views of the ocean which is only footsteps away. Our second-floor room had an unobstructed view of the water and ocean landmarks.
The staff were very attentive and cheerful throughout the day.
The restaurant menu was basic and enjoyable, but somewhat limited. Several tables were set on the beech every evening providing a special spot or dinner.
The pool was kept cool, clean and refreshing. Evenings and nights were peaceful and quiet.
Our week there passed quickly and enjoyably.

"The AC did not cool past a certain point, but was good enough. The staff seemed kind of careless. Didn't get a welcoming vibe from them. The wifi comes and goes. The water they offer is outside so it's always warm and dusty. Half the building is still under construction. The new concrete rooms look like a cold, gray, bunker. Staying there for multiple days makes you feel like you're in a dungeon. The toilet would shoot water up like a geyser when flushing. The shower is right next to a sliding glass door covered by a curtain. When it's dark outside and lit inside, you're able to see the silhouette of the person showering from the outside. The bar outside sometimes blasts music at night. Saw a scorpion get into our toiletries.
At least the cleaners do their job well, but they did skip a day. Plenty of eating options around."
"The room was in good condition, and the staff was courteous. It was a very convenient location to the beach and the town of Mazunte. Room had a balcony with a pleasant view to enjoy the hotel's coffee and to enjoy the birds in the trees and see people on the street. It was Mardi Gras, so we enjoyed a lot of live music at the beginning of the week coming from the restaurants (My elderly mom had a different opinion after 10 PM). The rooms had a significant number of surfaces to arrange belongings. Strangely, however, only a couple of hooks on a mirror and no closets or wardrobes for hanging clothing, nor drawers. I know that bed bugs are a big problem everywhere now, so perhaps this is a strategy to enable thorough cleaning after guests depart? Beds on the hard side. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. "
"Great location with a beautiful view and within walking distance to restaurants and local beaches. Friendly staff who take pride in keeping the rooms and grounds clean and well maintained. It's wonderful to have the option of a pool on days when the ocean is rough."
"The room was incredible!! All amenities needed to have a wonderful time. The view from the room was beautiful as well and not to mention the attention of the staff was excellent. As a oaxaqueña it is relieving when companies, restaurants or places of hospitality also care for their own people not just the foreigners. This place did just that, they made sure we felt just as welcomed as any other foreigner visiting the coast of Oaxaca. Thank you for the wonderful stay !!! "
"enjoyed our stay. Loved the heavy wood furniture, the mosaics and the secluded location. Also the more or less private balcony. Lucky the kitchen staff was around to answer any of our questions and help us with our phone since there never seemed to be anyone in the office.
A few suggestions. Screens on ALL the widows would be nice for fresh air and the surf sounds. A few palapas on the beach. Suggest to the maids that the toilet base has a BACK side that could be washed. As far as the restaurant-nice location but need to do something about the menu and who COOKS it.
