"We were there attending a conference for 3 days in the hotel facilities (+ 3 more days for arrival & departure). Well managed services for participants, tasty health breaks, lunches etc. The Westin Nova Scotia is very well located, walking distance to great restaurants, Pier 21 museum and the splendid harbourfront boardwalk, quality boutiques etc. Nice park right in front. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Temperature a bit cold and took a while to warm up the room. Great bed and pillows. But please, get better coffee quality for a hotel of that standing ! ☕️ (both in rooms and restaurant). Convenient outdoor parking (gated) with back entrance to elevators 👍 Oh, the walk-in closet door couldn't stay open, and when it closes it turns off the light -- while I am inside! Had to put a bag to keep it open. There should be a door stop, that was a bit annoying, but not a major issue. Great breakfast in restaurant by the lobby. This hotel has a direct lobby entrance to the train station for those who travel by Via Rail. Practical."
