"First of all, the hotel stay itself is a 10 out of 10. I was able to book the last room at the last minute. The night staff (check in) was friendly and polite. The morning staff were pleasant as well. The room itself was impressively quiet. My room was right next door to the lobby/dining area and I could not hear a thing. The breakfast was ok, not anything to brag about, but It kept me full until dinner time.
2 things come to mind if your looking for ways to improve: first, the shower drain out in my room was broken and would stay closed. I had to improvise by using a plastic spoon from the breakfast bar to hold it open while I showered. Second, it would be nice to have a smart tv to be able to stream. This seams like a petty thing to complain about and in all honesty it is. So I guess, for me and my stay in the room that was given, the only “problem” was the shower drain,
I have no doubts I will be back in Prairie DuChien this year and next. I will make it a point to come back to stay at this hotel!"
