โWe had a wonderful stay at the newly opened Reef Hotel โ a true gem! After a few nights of poor sleep at our previous accommodation, it was an absolute dream to arrive at this modern and impeccably clean hotel. The beds and duvets were incredibly comfortable, offering a perfect night's sleep for both adults and children. The kids were especially happy to each have their own full-size single bed, with the same level of comfort โ truly outstanding!
The in-room entertainment system was excellent....
โFabulous hotel, location, food & professional calm attitudes all round. Runs like clockwork & so clean. Staff are amazing especially Ayush, Loveckesh & Shanaya! Seriously, they make you feel so at home. It's like a 5 star hotel!! Am planning my next visit. โ

โThe staff was amazingโฆeveryone was super friendly and helpful and always had a smile ready. We enjoyed both pools and if I had stayed longer, I wouldโve gone back for another relaxing massage in the spa. The beach is super close and there is even a mall a minute away. We definitely recommend our stay at Hyatt Centric Malta.โ
โOur third stay here and as good as previously. Although the bus station is so near and convenient the hotel is in a quiet location. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Room had everything we needed. Particularly liked the room lighting. Often hotels have bedroom lighting too dim to read by. Reception staff very helpful.. Will stay again.โ

The pool area has been upgraded since last year- much larger pool and area to sit and relax. A good breakfast - hot and cold items. Good options at the bar area with an outside area to sit. Parking underneath the hotel. Two levels. Quite difficult garage. Good WiFi and TV with some English channels. Bathroom with a lovely bath. A lovely place to spend a few days.โ
"Thanks to Expedia, I had stayed merrily at a really great hotel. I sincerely thank you Expedia. Hilton Malta was the best of best. When I first checked in, I told them I had been to Sicily, and Jessie, the staff member who said she was from Sicily, was very kind and explained the room and gave my wife & me a warm impression. I also remember the humor and kindness of the servers at the fifth floor bar.
However, the reason I did not give the highest score for room cleanliness and staff service was because of one carelessness.
The room 830 cleaning staff did not clean the room properly on the last day (Sunday, April 6th). They also forgot the two hand towels that they change every day, so I called to ask to bring two towels by phone, but nobody came for over 20 minutes, so I could not wait and went down to the bar. I was disappointed even though I left 2 euros as a tip for the room cleaning every day. If it weren't for that problem, I would rate it as a super perfect hotel of the highest level. Nevertheless, I would recommend Hilton Malta to my friends. Thank you again."
