"The staff had a mixup with the third-party Hotels.com came banging on my door claiming that I didn’t make a payment for today. Stay that I only made a payment for a one day stay embarrassed me, and came up to the room like I was a thief and I was accused of stealing a room when it clearly shows on the receipt that I paid for two days. "

"NEVER STAY AT THIS FACILITY ! This was the worst experience I have EVER had in attempting to stay somewhere while traveling - and I travel a lot! My plane got in on time, but the roads were super icy. When I arrived, the front desk was closed with a number to call. No one picked up and the "mailbox" was full. I had no idea what to do. I didn't dare go out again on the roads. I grab some cushions from the lobby and slept on the workout room floor. The next morning while attempting to check in, without checking my reservation, I was told by the manager that I was trespassing and he called the police. The police were great, but the manager's actions were beyond shocking. He didn't let me get a word in and he just hurled insults at me. He certainly does not understand the hospitality industry !!! AVOID THIS PLACE !!!!!"

"Although the hotel advertised a pool, ut was closed, even though it was 82°. The eggs were obviously powdered but the coffee was good. I believe that i should've received some compensation from not being able to use the pool. I found long hairs that didn't belong to me behind the pillows and a weird, long, curly pubic hair in front of the toilet along with many cosmetic damages all over the bathroom. "

"Friendly staff, hot tub was a plus, pet friendly, small discrepancy regarding housekeeping and billing, over all I enjoyed my stay. Kevin at the front desk was super helpful and kind. "

"Clean, very comfortable rooms. Very comfy beds, delicious breakfast. I had a small mishap in the parking lot (not hotel-related, not hotel's fault), and staff went above and beyond in assisting me and helping me get the situation remedied. 10 out of 10 will recommend!"
