"the centers of the floor were clean. staff ignored people as the spoke very little English. Breakfast was very good the girl was clean and kept the area up well. the air conditioning and heat worked well as it was 6 inches of snow one day and 72 degrees the next. the girl at the front desk was always on her phone texting and the coffee area that a guest destroyed one afternoon stayed a mess until the next shift. i watched another guest slide across the floor she barely looked up. many guests were smoking weed in the rooms it permeated the hallways and one employee was having sex in the bed of the truck when I went out the side door at 4pm. she must have been on her brake ."

"Worst stay on my 4-star hotel list. It didn’t feel like a 4-star hotel at all. All of the staff were unprofessional and unwelcoming. It started with them messing up my reservation, and they blamed it on a new employee. I understood because mistakes happen, but the experienced employees over the next few days were even worse and had no intention of resolving any issues. In the end, the new employee was actually the most helpful one."

"Probably one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had in 15+ years of booking through Expedia. My son was injured in a snowboarding accident during an internship in Colorado, and I flew out from Boston to help pack his apartment, move his belongings into storage, and get him home for surgery. He was in a wheelchair, we were exhausted, and after missing our flight back to Boston, we booked this hotel last minute specifically because it advertised “Breakfast Available”, a convenience with an AM flight. Upon check-in, we were told breakfast had been discontinued because Motel 6 was taking over the property. Frustrating, but we were too exhausted to start fighting for refunds and find another hotel at that point. I then discovered there was no elevator, despite requesting first-floor as my son was in a wheelchair. When we entered the room, we were immediately hit with the smell of smoke. There were tape marks all over the smoke detector, questionable residue on multiple surfaces & the “kitchenette” looked like an extremely cheap TEMU purchase. The final straw was realizing the curtains had been removed entirely and the damaged blinds had large missing patches, allowing people walking by to see directly into our room. I contacted Expedia immediately for assistance & waited 10mins to simply be told to “notify the front desk.” After nearly two decades of loyalty to Expedia, the complete lack of customer support during such a difficult situation was incredibly disappointing."
