“Room was very basic for the cost ”

“Gingel Harmony nos encantó pero me cobraron dos veces (Hotels.com cuando hice la reserva y cuando llegué a Gingel Harmony). El recibo que me dieron en el hotel no era correcto porque era manuscrito (se había acabado el rollo del datáfono) y no llevaba mis datos. Tras múltiples mensajes con Hotels.com no me lo han devuelto. Ya me he resignado pero espero que sirva a la propietaria y futuros clientes para que no vuelva a pasar. ”
