"Todo me encantó, el staff fue muy amable en todo momento, la habitación contaba con lo necesario, agua caliente, buena presión y flujo de la regadera y lavabos, la terraza es muy linda así como también el balcón de la habitación, pequeño pero algo es algo.
Buena ubicación, una tienda de abarrotes donde puedes encontrar caso de todo, justo enfrente de la propiedad, así como un pequeño Stand de jugos naturales.
Agradecimientos especiales para Juan de recepción, así como Clarita, Marianita, Victor...

"First off, they announced this property as a HOTEL, when in fact is a HOSTEL, which is very different. All the pictures depicted on the add would show a bathroom inside the rooms but is a share bathroom for 5 to 6 bedrooms. More than one neighbor explicitly told me that the building I went to had no permits and was operating during construction which was also a huge issue as everything was filthy. Try to use the shower and was absolutely disgusting as it was full of hair and grotesquely dirty....

"Check in took about 40 min. Have no idea what the guy was doing. Breakfast was good but felt that the staff has lost touch. It’s a shame because I really like location but being this my 4 time staying in the hotel I can tell that this time service wasn’t great. "
"The noise from the bars and streets outside can be heard in the room. We were out of coffee maker for two days. Check in is too much hassle... it has to be done online with no option to do it in reception. If you are an international customer, make sure you subscribe to roaming on order to check in. Room is decent size but clean and very modern."
"If you are a single traveler and are looking for peace and tranquility at night with not to much noise don’t stay here . Rooms are very tiny couldn’t fit all my stuff so I was living out of suitcase If your a couple good luck. I paid for double occupancy I paid for one night even for my guest but they wanted me to pay every night for my guest to stay. There are many better choices in poblado I would recommend San Fernando hotel much bigger rooms no noise and the breakfast is amazing. If you love to party and you can sleep with a lot of noise and you don’t mind paying 200 thousand pesos every time you register you guest or guests this is the place you should stay."
"
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Dann Carlton Medellín.
My two friends and I booked our rooms six months in advance, only to arrive and be told that there were no rooms available for us. The front desk attendant initially claimed that the rooms were under repair, which we later realized was not true. This immediately created frustration and distrust.
Instead of honoring our reservation, we were told we would be sent to their annex property, Dann Carlton Belfort. While they described this as an “upgrade” to a suite, that was not what we wanted. We specifically chose and paid for the Dann Carlton in Medellín — not the Belfort property. At the time we made our reservation, the Belfort hotel was nearly half the price of what we paid.
This situation felt like a classic case of overbooking. It left us feeling cheated and taken advantage of, as though our rooms were given to last-minute guests willing to pay a higher rate.
After planning our trip well in advance, this was a major inconvenience and disappointment. A reservation made six months ahead should mean something. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously impacted my trust in this hotel brand.
I would not recommend booking here unless you are prepared for the possibility that your confirmed reservation may not be honored."
