I enjoyed so much my stay at this location. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to the staff that made my stay very enjoyable and special. You will not have to wait to be taken care of, the place is very quiet and clean. The food option is very very good. Everything about this place was 10/10. I recommend you request for them to send you a taxi pick up to the airport as it is safer and cheaper rather than renting a vehicle or getting a taxi from the airport directly. I feel in love with the place 👍

Beautiful place..didn't like the bathroom is orher side where your staying downstairs to scary if have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, also its be nice if they put a tv its be more comfortable if your going to stay more than 2 nights. Excelente sitio, la atención de todos los empleados muy buena. Cada domo es muy privado y tiene muy buena vista al embalse. Lo malo es que alcanza a escuchar música de otras fincas que quedan cerca y se escucha los carros pasar de la carretera. Pero eso no es culpa del sitio. Pero en general el sitio totalmente recomendado, es como de ensueño.

The service of the reception/restaurant was below average (bad) for such a place. Beyond slow, badly organized. We addressed the issues with the staff and the response was that other visitors recently complained as well. Whoever owns this place needs to bring in a person that knows how to run such a place. This is the same price range as cayena or one santuario in Colombia but the service is far below.
